Job Description:
Electrical Manufacturing Engineer - Boston - Quantum Startup The Oho Group have partnered with a startup building the future of quantum computing who are seeking an engineer with experience in electronic packaging and manufacturing. The role focuses on manufacturability, documentation, and supplier coordination across high-performance electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies, working closely with engineering and external manufacturing partners. Responsibilities Prepare and manage manufacturing and assembly documentation packages Support electronic packaging, PCB assembly, and electro-mechanical integration activities Conduct DFM/DFA reviews to improve manufacturability, reliability, and yield Coordinate with suppliers and contract manufacturers to resolve production issues Maintain BOMs, CAD libraries, drawings, and PLM workflows Develop assembly, inspection, and production test procedures Requirements Experience with electronics manufacturing and packaging environments Strong understanding of PCB fabrication, assembly, and production processes PCB CAD experience Familiarity with PLM/configuration management tools Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills This is an incredibly unique opportunity to join a fast-moving deep-tech environment working on highly advanced hardware systems at scale.
