$76,000•$103,000 per year Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Lead•Electrical (Supervisor) to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and engineering projects in a cGMP-regulated environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with electrical systems, automation, validation, commissioning, and project execution within pharmaceutical or biotech facilities. This role will oversee electrical infrastructure, PLC/HMI systems, CAPEX projects, compliance activities, and cross-functional coordination to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical engineering and project activities in a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility Oversee installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and qualification of: Power distribution systems PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and BMS systems Support IQ/OQ qualification and validation documentation Maintain electrical schematics, SOPs, and cGMP documentation Ensure compliance with FDA, cGMP, NEC, and safety standards Coordinate with Quality, Manufacturing, Validation, and external vendors Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and CAPEX activities Support audit readiness and corrective/preventive actions Troubleshoot electrical and automation system issues impacting operations Review and approve vendor quotes, purchase orders, and project documentation Monitor project execution and ensure on-time delivery Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech engineering/project management Hands-on experience with:
PLC/HMI/SCADA/BMS
systems Electrical commissioning and troubleshooting IQ/OQ validation documentation cGMP manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of power distribution systems and NEC standards Experience with CAPEX projects and audit support Familiarity with SAP and project management tools Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Work Environment cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment PPE may be required including lab coats, safety glasses, hearing protection, and respirators Standing/walking for extended periods may be required
