Project Lead Electrical (Pharma)

About the Role We are seeking a Project Lead - Electrical to drive electrical engineering, validation, and automation projects within a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment . This role will lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring compliance with FDA, NEC, and cGMP standards while supporting plant operations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Lead electrical engineering projects from design to commissioning and validation Oversee installation, qualification (IQ/OQ), and troubleshooting of electrical systems Manage PLC, HMI, SCADA, and BMS systems within pharma/biotech environments Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, NEC, and regulatory standards Develop and maintain electrical schematics, validation documentation, and SOPs Support CapEx planning, budgeting, and project execution Collaborate with QA, Validation, Manufacturing, and external vendors Drive audit readiness, deviation handling, and change controls Troubleshoot and optimize electrical infrastructure and automation systems Must-Have Qualifications ✔ Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field ✔ 5+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech engineering & validation project management ✔ Hands-on experience with PLC, HMI, SCADA, or BMS systems in pharma ✔ Proven experience in commissioning & troubleshooting control systems ✔ Strong expertise in IQ/OQ validation & electrical documentation (cGMP) ✔ Knowledge of power distribution systems & NEC standards ✔ Experience aligning electrical systems with FDA/cGMP compliance

Pay:

$76,116.18 - $100,000.10 per year
