Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated Electrical Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience designing electrical systems for cutting-edge facilities in industries such as biotech, pharmaceutical, and medical devices. Key Responsibilities Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems Develop auxiliary facility systems such as network infrastructure and security systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions Produce and modify technical drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SolidWorks Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, including the National Electrical Code (NEC) and relevant fire alarm/signaling standards Participate in client site visits throughout the New England region Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) 1-3 years of relevant experience (internships/co-ops considered) Proficiency or working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SolidWorks Familiarity with NEC and fire alarm/signaling codes Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and in a team environment Willingness to travel regionally Preferred Experience Exposure to biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device facilities Experience designing systems for regulated or highly technical environments
