JOB DESCRIPTION
In this role, you will support production operations by quickly assessing technical issues, determining required information, prioritizing urgency, and developing clear paths to troubleshooting and resolution. You will own issues end‑to‑end—driving problem resolution across factory and supplier environments while communicating plans, updates, and status to cross‑functional teams with diverse technical backgrounds. Daily responsibilities include hands‑on troubleshooting of electronic assemblies, maintaining and updating technical data packages, creating and presenting change documentation through cPDM and Change Boards, analyzing defect and yield data, and implementing process improvements to reduce recurring failures. You will also participate in peer reviews and support general electrical engineering production activities.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 3+ years of professional experience supporting manufacturing and test of electronic assemblies
  • Hands‑on experience debugging digital, analog, RF, and/or mixed‑signal circuit card assemblies or electro‑mechanical systems
  • Proven experience performing Root‑Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations
  • Strong proficiency with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, programmable power supplies, spectrum/network analyzers)
  • Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and Bills of Material (BoMs)
  • Experience supporting production factory and/or supplier technical issues
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical plans and drive execution across cross‑functional teams
  • Electrical design experience across CCA, RF, EO, seeker/sensor, or electronic subsystems
  • Experience with test equipment support, test automation scripting, and production test execution
  • Familiarity with tools such as MATLAB, PSPICE, HFSS, ADS, CST, Mentor Graphics, Mathcad, or similar
  • Experience with subsystem integration and test, yield improvement, SPC methods, and ECN implementation
  • Strong technical documentation and presentation skills
  • Self‑starter mindset with the ability to work independently or lead within a small technical team This role must sit on-site in
