Senior Controls Engineer Senior Controls Engineer (Glen Arm, MD): Take ownership of large-scale projects for the design and implementation of new automated systems to control equipment for the corrugated box industry. Projects include enhancements to existing systems and remote monitoring and troubleshooting of equipment in the field. Coordinate the design, development and documentation of all aspects of electrical control systems for equipment and machinery. Five years of experience with machinery and factory automation. Five years of experience using/programming PLCs, drives, operator interfaces, servos. Five years of experience with Rockwell/AB, GE, Siemens, or B&R. Two years of experience with troubleshooting machine issues in the field and remotely. Five years of experience with ME10 or similar 2D CAD software for controls design. One year of experience using E-Plan CAD software for controls design.
