Time is balanced between the production floor and technical documentation, serving as the bridge between "what's designed" and "what's built." About 60% of your day collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers, and 40% driving independent problem-solving and root-cause analysis. Experience:
Previous experience in the automotive sector is a huge plus.
Technical Savvy:
Understand engineering change processes and have a knack for analytical thinking.
Communication:
Demonstrate an understanding of complex technical issues clearly to both a technician on the floor and a manager in a boardroom.

A 30-minute Microsoft Teams session with the Hiring Manager and Team Lead.
