The Stellantis Vehicle and Propulsion Controls organization (PVPC) is the "brain" of the Propulsion Systems division aimed at translating Performance and Functional Objectives into Controls features implemented in the embedded SW.The PVPC organization scope spans the V development cycle with the following core missions:translate system specifications and objectives into requirementsdistribute control functions and networking strategiesimplement core functions and diagnostics algorithm designvalidate the functions to requirementsWithin PVPC Organization the Controls Integration Team acts as the main interface to the individual vehicle programs ensuring that its needs are met by the integrated propulsion system. As a result of significant challenges embraced by Stellantis to become the leader of the new era of mobility, we are currently looking to recruit a talented and ambitious Controls Integrator based in the United States. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the global execution, integration, and technical interface development of the Controls and SW platform solution for Electronic Control Units. Being a Controls Integrator will mean to have daily challenges but also great satisfactions. Every day will not end without you learning something new. What will you be doing?

As Controls Integrator you will be:

Coordinating technical interface definition for functionality between control modules.

Representing the Controls System (Controllers and SW) vs the Propulsion System Community as primary interface.

Coordinating Controls Features development, validation, and triage.

Supporting Controls Assessments following Key Performance Indicators in support of program milestone objectives.

Playing a key role in the Controls & SW change Management, Quality assessment and Risk mitigation process.

Issue tracking, delegation, and investigation support for propulsion system issues, ensuring that appropriate teams are making timely next steps to resolve the issue and protect product and launch quality.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience (of which at least 2 years in automotive)As you will be working on Complex Systems, it is essential the successful candidate can show a proven record of working on his/her own initiative and within a team delivering high quality and robust technical solutionsAbility to work in an Agile environmentPrevious experience as Controls/SW developer, testing or calibration engineer will be considered a plusBe proactive, take ownership and be accountable
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.
