We seek a self-driven, motivated professional to manage focus and growth accounts in the automotive sector, owning all engagements and strategies. Performance Objectives Develop and execute strategic sales business plans to maximize revenue growth, increase market share, and position Bear VAI as a strategic supplier at key assigned automotive customers. Establish and strengthen relationships with existing and new suppliers we represent. Manage and coordinate global support through suppliers' sales and engineering networks, while deeply understanding customers' global automotive supply chains and third-party partner ecosystems. Build strong relationships at all levels of customers' organizations, from engineers to executives in automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers. Drive new business demand creation with Field Application Engineers and Business Units to secure design wins in vehicle platforms, including infotainment, ADAS, EV powertrain, connectivity, and lighting systems. Collaborate closely with Business Units on competitive analysis, market intelligence, pricing, and contract negotiations tailored to automotive programs. Provide timely and accurate demand forecasts with closed-loop communication to ensure seamless support and responsiveness for production ramps and customer needs. Requirements Technology sales experience or equivalent technical/industry knowledge, with strong preference for backgrounds in automotive electronics, semiconductors, or components. Extra consideration ("Brownie Points") for candidates with EE, EET, ME, or Industrial Engineering degrees. Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively across supplier and customer organizations. Self-starter who works independently, tracks progress, and delivers ongoing updates to management. 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of winning and supporting multinational customers, ideally in the automotive sector.
