Responsibilities:
Design power distribution systems for commercial, industrial, data centers, and hospitals. Size and specify transformers, switchgear, panelboards, UPS systems, generators, ATSs, feeders, and protective devices. Perform load calculations, short-circuit and arc flash studies, and energy code compliance reviews. Develop electrical drawings, schematics, and layouts using AutoCAD and Revit. Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, FGI, and other applicable standards. Coordinate with engineering disciplines, architects, contractors, and project teams throughout project execution. Design lighting systems and perform photometric analyses using AGi32.
Qualifications:
Minimum 6+ years experience as an Electrical Engineer. (Construction or Industrial) Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience designing electrical systems for commercial, industrial, healthcare, mission-critical, or data centers. Knowledge of power distribution, backup power, and critical infrastructure systems. Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, Excel, and electrical analysis software. Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA, FGI, and energy codes.
