Anoka, Minnesota job type: Permanent salary: $150,000 - 180,000 per year work hours: 9am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Research, selection, and integration of electrical power components, motors, drives and control systems in our Cooling Disruption units and Industrial Air Conditions systemsSpecify and support verification and validation testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance of the componentsIntegration of electrical components and practices to ensure performance to EMC specificationsProviding technical mentoring to team members supporting the projects and productsInvestigate the root cause of component failures and implement corrective actionsSupport current product issue identification and resolutionCollaborate with multi-functional teams, including engineering project leads, project management, and marketing to deliver solutions to our customers qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. Minimum of 10 years of proven professional experience specifically focused on electrical control systems design. Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing advanced control systems and complex algorithms. Extensive, hands-on experience integrating electrical motors, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and power delivery components. Deep understanding of hardening and testing electrical designs to fully comply with EMC standards. Strong analytical troubleshooting skills with a proven track record in root cause analysis and defect resolution.
