  • 140,000 DOEPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our innovative team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the design, development, and implementation of advanced electrical systems and products, ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements. This position offers a unique opportunity to work a 4-day work week, promoting a healthy work-life balance while driving impactful projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of electrical systems and components for various projects.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical designs into products.

Create detailed plans and specifications for electrical designs, including schematics and layouts.

Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems and components to ensure compliance with standards.

Oversee the product development process from conception through production, ensuring all designs meet quality and safety standards.

Utilize CAD software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks for 3D modeling and design.

Implement automation solutions using PLC and HMI technologies.

Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on product design and development.

Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and PCB design tools (PCBA, PCB).Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and automation technologies.

Experience with sensors (pressure, temperature) and Bluetooth technology.

Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor, DBWorks) and PDM practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
