Job Description
Job Overview We're looking for an electrical engineer who can help with design of a generator system for a prototype EV project. It's a pedal-electric vehicle where the pedals are connected to a generator, not the rear wheel. We're building the beta prototype and need to create varying pedal resistance based on current draw from the battery/electrical system, not the terrain, as in a conventional bicycle (up hills, flat, downhills). We built an alpha prototype using a mechanical bicycle transmission to control resistance and need to convert it to electronic. This is a project based job and compensation is based on completion of the system.
