Job Summary:
The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical design services that align with client expectations. This role involves making informed decisions, offering expert advice, and developing complex design elements for various projects. The engineer will ensure all designs comply with applicable building codes and industry standards while meeting client needs. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Building and maintaining strong client relationships is also a key aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate proactively with clients to understand goals and ensure expectations and deadlines are met.

Develop and maintain professional, trust-based relationships with clients.

Design power, lighting, communications, and life safety systems for assigned projects.

Participate in on-site visits and provide construction administration support.

Address project-related questions, manage schedules, and adhere to budgets.

Collaborate effectively with internal electrical and cross-disciplinary teams.

Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.5+ years of relevant experience.

EIT certification or PE licensure required.

Strong organizational skills and a high level of professionalism.

Detail-oriented with the ability to think independently and lead effectively.

Commitment to producing high-quality work and continuous professional growth.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit.
