Minneapolis, MN Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our medical device development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in hardware design, testing, verification, and compliance for regulated medical products. Key Responsibilities Contribute to medical device design and development. Work with analog, digital, power, and RF circuits, including reading, analyzing, and reviewing schematics and PCB layouts. Collaborate closely with the firmware/embedded software team to ensure seamless system integration. Develop and execute Test Methods, perform Test Method Validation (TMV), and generate comprehensive TMV reports. Plan, support, and execute EMC testing for medical devices, interpreting results and ensuring compliance. Create and maintain detailed test protocols, test plans, and test reports. Perform verification and validation (V&V) testing at the subsystem and system levels. Communicate effectively with internal teams, external vendors, and regulatory partners. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in medical device development. Strong understanding of analog, digital, power, and RF circuit design and layout review. Hands‑on experience with TMV, test execution, and documentation. Prior knowledge of EMC testing for medical devices. Experience in V&V testing, including writing and reviewing protocols and reports. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a highly regulated environment with attention to detail.
Pay and Benefits Pay Range Minimum:
$83000 per year
Pay Range Maximum:

Compensation and Benefits A candidate's pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
