CASCO is seeking an Electrical Engineer for its Maplewood headquarters to be an integral part of its design teams on a wide variety of work. We are looking for someone eager for growth and opportunity, who will enjoy working with complete in-house project teams and directly with our leadership.

Responsibilities:

Perform electrical engineering design tasks for power systems, electrical distribution, indoor/outdoor lighting, as well as systems such as communications, access control, security, IT, and fire alarm. Develop electrical calculations for loads, equipment sizing, feeder sizing, voltage drop, grounding, lighting circuits and controls, facility electrical service and power distribution, as well as lighting photometric calculations. Provide utility coordination and system design of low and medium voltage distribution systems. Produce building designs and develop construction drawings within software modeling applications such as Revit and AutoCAD. Proactively collaborate in-person and remotely with multi-discipline design teams in executing projects. Effectively coordinate with internal and external members of the design team. Conduct site visits when required. Editing of MasterSpec project specifications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering 4+ years of relevant post education experience in an electrical engineering capacity Engineer in Training Certification (PE preferred) Experience with electrical engineering principles, practices, process, design, and construction. Experience using the National Electrical Code (NEC) and other electrical standards. Experience using software applications Revit or AutoCAD for electrical designs. Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Benefits ?
