Taylorsville:

Located in Southeast Mississippi, Taylorsville is just an hour outside Jackson and Hattiesburg. Taylorsville is home to a variety of industries, including lumber, manufacturing, agriculture and finance. Our Taylorsville team has strong ties to the local community and participates in the town's annual Halloween event, Farmers Market and holiday tree decorating event. Nearby attractions include the Bienville National Forest and several picturesque state parks and lakes for camping, canoeing, hunting and fishing. Taylorsville is 30 minutes from Laurel, Mississippi - the setting of HGTV's "Home Town" and location of the Lauren Rogers Museum of Art. Nearby educational institutions include Jones College and the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. What Does a Typical Day Look Like? Here are your primary responsibilities (additional details will be discussed during the interview): Lead all maintenance and engineering activities to ensure safe, reliable, and cost-effective plant operations. Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to support production and reliability goals. Oversee maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution, including plant shutdowns and turnarounds. Provide engineering leadership for capital projects, plant modifications, and process improvements. Partner with Operations, Safety, Environmental, Quality, and Finance teams to achieve site objectives. Drive compliance with OSHA PSM, Mechanical Integrity, MOC, and environmental regulations. Use data, KPIs, and reliability metrics to identify improvement opportunities and guide decision-making. What is Needed to be Successful in this Role (Required Skills/Abilities):

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of five (5) years of maintenance leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, preferably chemical manufacturing. Demonstrated leadership experience in maintenance, engineering, or reliability functions. Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and industrial equipment systems. Proven ability to manage budgets, capital projects, and maintenance programs. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent industry experience). Experience with OSHA PSM, Mechanical Integrity, MOC, and HAZOP processes. Familiarity with CMMS, predictive maintenance technologies, and reliability tools, SAP preferred. Knowledge of applicable electrical codes and industry standards.
