Will perform non-routine and complex assignments involving assigned task with assistance from Senior Engineers as required. Will have the ability to select and adapt plans, techniques, designs, and coordinate the work with the project team members for a successful design. With assistance will review, analyze, and integrate the technical requirements and design approaches for the project. Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from a 4 year ABET accredited college. Must be able to understand and comply with company policies, procedures, and processes. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interface with Senior Company Leadership. Must be organized, self-directed, able to prioritize and multi-task, work in a team environment and take direction from others. Willingness to travel and work in office and field environments as necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required. Physical Demands Employee will be required to communicate in person, via telephone, email, use of arm/hand steadiness, manual dexterity, finger dexterity, multi limb coordination, oral expression, and comprehension. May be required to lift, carry and move objects safely. Work Environment Work will be in a general office environment operating and functioning in a fast-paced work environment. Occasionally required to work in an industrial location where noise levels will be moderate to high. Job sites may contain the following: light to heavy equipment vehicles, small to large equipment, materials, communication equipment and tools, people standing, walking, sitting, signaling, and talking.
