Electrical Engineer

Electrical Engineer Full Time Opportunity - Great Compensation Package! We're seeking a hands-on Electrical Technician to support critical operations in a fast-paced heavy manufacturing environment. This role is key to maintaining safe, reliable, and efficient electrical systems across high-voltage distribution, motors, drives, and process equipment.

What You'll Do:

Lead preventive and corrective maintenance on switchgear, transformers, power distribution, and production equipment Troubleshoot complex electrical issues to minimize downtime Support installation and commissioning of motors, drives, and control systems Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and NEC safety standards Mentor electricians and support continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of industrial electrical experience (steel, aluminum, or heavy manufacturing preferred) Strong experience with high-voltage systems, large motors, drives, and switchgear Proficiency with Siemens PLCs, VFDs, and motor controls Journeyman or Master Electrician license required Ability to read schematics/blueprints and troubleshoot in a fast-paced environment

$105,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
