This is a hands-on role working across both facility and production environments. This role works closely with Maintenance, Operations, and EHS to ensure electrical systems are safe, compliant, and running efficiently. You'll be involved in a mix of troubleshooting, system ownership, and project-based work across the plant. Key Responsibilities Support and improve plant electrical systems up to 480V, including power distribution, panels, and MCCs Lead and support electrical projects including upgrades, installations, and system improvements Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues across plant and facility equipment Develop and maintain electrical drawings, schematics, and documentation Support maintenance activities and improve preventative and predictive maintenance programs Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (OSHA, NFPA, etc.) Work cross-functionally with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required Experience working with plant electrical systems in a manufacturing, industrial, or facility environment Strong understanding of power distribution, panels, and plant electrical systems Experience troubleshooting and supporting electrical equipment in a production environment Familiarity with electrical safety standards and best practices Nice to Have Experience with arc flash analysis or electrical safety programs Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance planning Background in regulated or clean manufacturing environments Professional Engineer (PE) or electrical license
