This is a seconded position, meaning the selected candidate will be employed by ITAC but work full-time on assignment with one of our clients. While day-to-day responsibilities will be managed on-site with the client, ITAC provides ongoing support, resources, and benefits as your employer. This position is full time contract work anticipated to last through the end of 2026, and requires the employee to be on the client's Wilmington, NC site. Requirements Overview We are seeking an entry-level Electrical/Power Engineer (1-6 years of experience) to support ongoing field operations and project execution efforts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on coordination, technical review work, and contributing to team success in a support capacity rather than a leadership role. Responsibilities Support field teams with technical coordination and engineering assistance Perform drawing reviews and conduct technical research to support project needs Verify power sources and assist with electrical system validation Coordinate with internal teams, field personnel, and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic electrical or power-related issues Maintain clear documentation and provide updates to project teams Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 1-6 years of relevant experience in electrical or power engineering Familiarity with electrical systems, drawings, and field support activities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams Willingness to support field efforts and collaborate in a team-oriented environment Benefits From internships to seasoned professionals, our growing company provides career opportunities for all levels of experience.
