This pivotal role combines technical expertise with leadership skills to oversee all mechanical, electrical, and facilities management activities across the property. As a key driver of operational excellence, you will manage a team of skilled technicians and coordinate complex projects to maintain a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the maintenance team to ensure all hotel facilities operate efficiently and safely, adhering to industry standards and regulations. Oversee the management of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), HVAC systems, electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage equipment—and industrial machinery. Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to minimize downtime and optimize asset longevity. Review schematics, technical manuals, and electrical/mechanical drawings to troubleshoot issues effectively and plan repairs or upgrades. Manage facilities projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints while maintaining quality standards. Conduct regular inspections of mechanical rooms, electrical panels, HVAC units, and other critical infrastructure to identify potential issues proactively. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, incident reports, and compliance documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements. Requirements Proven management experience in facilities management or industrial maintenance within the hospitality or manufacturing sectors. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in electrical systems—including high voltage and low voltage wiring—and industrial equipment. Familiarity with schematics, technical diagrams, CMMS platforms, and troubleshooting tools such as ohmmeters. Experience supervising maintenance teams, coordinating projects, and implementing maintenance management strategies. Knowledge of HVAC systems, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and building automation systems essential for hotel operations. Excellent communication skills in English to effectively lead teams and collaborate with vendors or contractors.
