Test Engineer

Summary:

This role focuses on electrical troubleshooting, failure analysis, test support, and root cause investigation for production issues, customer returns, prototypes, and new product introductions. The position is engineering-driven and hands-on, supporting Quality and Test teams through technical analysis.

Responsibilities:

Conduct electrical troubleshooting and failure analysis on products. Perform root cause investigation for production issues and customer returns. Provide test support for prototypes and new product introductions. Work closely with Quality and Test teams to deliver technical analysis and support. Execute board level testing and circuit testing to ensure product quality. Apply methodologies such as 5Y and Fishbone diagrams for effective root cause analysis.

Essential Qualifications:

Proficiency in electrical engineering and failure analysis. Experience with board level troubleshooting and circuit testing. Strong skills in root cause analysis, including the use of 5Y and Fishbone diagrams. Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent experience. Additional Qualifications Experience with test engineering, including ICT and flying probe. Familiarity with RMA processes and procedures.

The work environment is engineering-driven and hands-on, involving collaboration with Quality and Test teams.
