Position Summary Lincoln Electric Products Co., Inc. seeks a Project Manager II to join its dynamic team. The Project Manager II (PM II) is responsible for end-to-end execution of assigned projects within an engineered-to-order electrical manufacturing environment. This role owns schedule coordination, customer communication, internal cross-functional alignment, and identification and mitigation of commercial risk. The PM II is accountable for delivering projects on time, maintaining documentation integrity, and protecting project margin. This full-time, exempt position reports directly to the Manager - Project Manager.

Office Environment Primary Responsibilities Manage projects from post-award handoff through shipment, billing, and closeout. Review contract plans, specifications to identify scope, technical requirements, risks, and gaps Effectively manage and communicate customer and project expectations to both internal and external stakeholders Develop, execute, and monitor project plans Lead cross-functional project kickoff and project check-in meetings with internal departments Manage RFIs and technical clarifications with Engineering and customers. Track production milestones and proactively address schedule risks Maintain accurate project documentation and system updates with support from project coordinators Identify, draft, and escalate change orders when scope deviations occur Coordinate billing milestones and ensure alignment with shipment progress Communicate professionally with customers and maintain project-level relationships Support warranty-phase issue coordination when required Close-out projects including developing "lessons-learned" reports and sending record submittals and O&M manuals to customers Report project progress to PM Department manager Performance Metrics Customer Communication Responsiveness (within 24 business hours) Proactive schedule updates before customer inquiry Gross Margin variance vs. estimate On-time submittal completion RFI aging and response cycle time Schedule adherence to committed ship dates Early identification of scope gaps and deviation opportunities Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365: Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc. 3-7 years of project management experience in manufacturing, construction, or engineered-to-order environments Ability to interpret contract plans and specifications including riser diagrams, equipment schedules, floor plans, etc. Demonstrated excellence in successfully managing project milestones, risk, and customer experience Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a deadline-driven environment Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience using ERP systems preferred Working knowledge of UL891 and UL67 electrical distribution equipment Working knowledge of the National Electric Code PMP Certification Knowledge of web-based vendor configuration tools such as Schneider's SE Advantage, Eaton's Bid Manager, and ABB's Empower Ability to create customer-facing dashboards and data visualizations Experience using of project management tools: Asana, MS Project, etc. Basic working knowledge of AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude) and/or software automation

$79,978.90 - $96,318.67 per year
