BonusPosition Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to provide technical leadership across the design, development, and execution of electrical engineering projects. This role combines hands on electrical engineering expertise with strong project management responsibility. The position works closely with cross functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with technical and business requirements. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning electrical design decisions while managing schedules, priorities, risks, and stakeholder coordination throughout the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of electrical circuits and systems based on project requirementsServe as a technical resource, providing guidance on electronics and electrical engineering principlesInterpret customer specifications and translate them into practical, executable engineering solutionsDesign and refine electrical systems and circuit boards for customer applications, lab evaluations, and product demonstrationsEvaluate and optimize basic RF circuits to ensure reliable and consistent performanceOversee PCB layout activities and perform design reviews for customer designs and test configurationsReview and analyze test data and clearly communicate findings, risks, and recommendationsCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of electrical components into larger systemsInvestigate complex technical challenges and develop effective, well reasoned solutionsStay current with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends within electrical engineeringPrepare detailed technical documentation, including specifications, reports, and project deliverablesProject management responsibilities:

Lead electrical engineering efforts across multiple projects, managing technical scope, priorities, and timelinesDevelop and maintain project schedules to ensure milestones and deliverables are metCoordinate with internal teams, customers, and external partners to align technical execution with project goalsIdentify project risks, dependencies, and constraints and recommend mitigation strategiesSupport project planning activities, including scope definition, effort estimation, and resource coordinationContribute to contract documentation by defining technical requirements, deliverables, and acceptance criteriaQualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• 7+ years of experience in circuit/system design or product applications
• Proven experience managing engineering projects from initial scope through final delivery
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
• Proficiency in testing circuits and systems, including automated test development
• Experience with test software and GUI development (Python, Java, or similar)
• Strong experience coordinating work across cross functional teams
• engineering, manufacturing, and customers
• Familiarity with embedded programming (MicroPython, Arduino, etc.)
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills
• Ability to interpret technical literature and apply findings to real-world challenges
• Proficiency in data analysis, visualization, and basic statistics
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
