This is a hands-on, client-facing role responsible for full project lifecycle delivery—from design and programming to commissioning—while leading engineering teams and driving technical standards. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end automation projects: requirements, design, programming, testing, commissioning Design control system architecture, electrical schematics (480VAC), and documentation Program PLC/DCS systems (Rockwell, Siemens, Modicon) and

HMI/SCADA

platforms (FactoryTalk, Wonderware, GE, ICONICS) Implement industrial networks (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus) Manage project scope, budget, and schedule (projects up to $1M) Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and support design standards Troubleshoot field devices and support client operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering, or Computer Science 10+ years of Controls/Automation Engineering experience Expertise in PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systems

Programming:

Ladder Logic, SFC, Structured Text; plus

VBA, .NET, SQL
