PM Salary:
$68,588 annually + Benefits Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Assistant Chief Engineer of Utilities to support and maintain the electrical infrastructure of a large healthcare campus. This role ensures continuous operation of life safety systems and critical building systems while supervising engineering staff and coordinating with utility providers and contractors. Key Responsibilities Coordinate work with utility providers and manage licensed electrical contractors, fire alarm companies, and related vendors Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and trades to integrate electrical systems with building operations Supervise engineering staff and oversee operations of the physical plant, emergency generators, and co-generation systems Perform electrical repairs in compliance with safety standards and electrical codes Ensure uninterrupted power to life safety and critical facility systems Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (technical school diploma preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience as an electrician At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills Proficiency in CMMS, BAS, and Microsoft Office Benefits Health insurance Retirement plans Paid time off Professional development opportunities ????
