For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $101,600 - $135,400 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team. This role involves component selection, hardware design, electrical layout, and supporting the development of new products. You will provide pre-sale technical support, create and maintain manufacturing and service documents, assist with product application inquiries, ensure quality control, and commission and test a wide range of custom cooling solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop technical solutions to meet client needs.
• Create, review, and approve electrical drawings, proposals, quotes, BOMs, production drawings, and documentation.
• Support training, startup, and commissioning of equipment.
• Review product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and specifications.
• Participate in the engineering of current, redesigned, or new products using phased or stage-gate scheduling techniques.
• Collaborate with the production team to enhance design, improve quality, productivity, cost, or other operational objectives.
• Work with suppliers and outside engineering consultants to resolve technical and supply issues, improve system features and capabilities, and investigate sources of special equipment, material, or devices.
