What you´ll do Develop and maintain documentation, including electrical schematics, control system diagrams, and technical specifications Conduct periodic site observations and other services required by the contract service agreement Collaborate with mechanical engineers, process engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate electrical and control systems into manufacturing equipment and procesesses Provide technical support and training to production teams to ensure proper operation and maintenance of electrical and control systems Lead projects related to electrical and sustainability Ensure compliance with relevant electrical codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Develop and implement control systems, including PLC programming, HMI design and SCADA systems What makes you a good fit Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred 5-10 years of electrical engineering experience in a manufacturing environment; managerial experience strongly preferred 0-3 years of hands-on experience with PLC programming (Allen‑Bradley, Siemens), HMI design, and SCADA systems Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, including power distribution, motor control, and instrumentation Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (NEC, NFPA, UL) and experience with electrical CAD tools (AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN preferred) Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and data analysis skills; adaptable to shifting priorities and tight execution deadlines Effective communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders; capable of coaching and leading others while upholding safety, quality, and productivity standards Some benefits of joining

This range represents the good‑faith minimum and maximum wages the Company reasonably expects to offer for this role at the time of posting. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for incentive pay or other forms of compensation, as applicable. The Company also offers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as the candidate's skills, experience, education, training, and work location.
