Job Description

As an Electrical Engineer in the Engineering department, you will play a key role in designing, developing, testing, and industrializing innovative electronic systems used in modern medical devices. You will collaborate closely with cross functional teams - including mechanical design, quality, product management and production - to bring reliable, safe, and regulatory compliant medical devices to market.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Mid-level role with responsibilities for design, development, and analysis of electronic systems for utility room products. Performs engineering design evaluations. Processes Engineering Change Request. Maintains and updates firmware for the products. Recommends and performs alterations to development and design to improve quality of products and/or procedures. Create and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures. Conduct testing and validation of new and existing designs and analyze post-test data. Create design documentation, including drawing, specifications, layouts, test reports and diagrams. Able to work independently according to project requirements and take responsibility for projects and results
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in analog / digital circuit design and microcontroller programming. Experience with embedded firmware in C, C++ as well as object-oriented programming. Experience with PCB design software (Pulsonix, Orcad or similar) Experience designing regulated products (UL, CE/ISO, FDA) desirable Experience in
EMI/EMC PCB
