Duties Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Develop detailed system designs using AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks, translating conceptual ideas into precise technical schematics. Oversee manufacturing and fabrication processes, applying lean manufacturing principles and root cause analysis to improve efficiency and quality. Coordinate construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and technical specifications across civil, electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering domains. Utilize programming languages such as Python, C++, C, MATLAB, and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for system automation, debugging, and product development. Conduct system design reviews, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), schematics creation, and mechanical knowledge application to optimize product performance. Perform troubleshooting and debugging of complex mechanical and electrical systems while supporting maintenance operations for sustained performance. Lead cross-disciplinary teams in project scheduling, risk management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experience Proven experience in project scheduling within manufacturing or construction environments. Extensive hands-on knowledge of CAD tools including AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, and SolidWorks for detailed design work. Strong background in mechanical engineering with expertise in mechanical design, fabrication processes, and system integration. Familiarity with electrical engineering principles including schematics development, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and electrical system design. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, C, MATLAB for automation and data analysis tasks. Experience with systems engineering methodologies applied to complex product development projects. Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis, debugging of hardware/software systems, and implement corrective actions effectively. Knowledge of GD&T standards for precise manufacturing tolerances and quality assurance practices.
