Must-Have Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional experience in electrical engineering Located within approximately 1 hour of Fairlawn, OH (Northeast Ohio) Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Experience on commercial projects (beyond retail and residential) Strong attitude, professional enthusiasm, and eagerness to grow Nice-to-Have Qualifications 5+ years of experience in the A/E industry Experience in a lead engineer capacity Located within 30 minutes of Fairlawn, OH 44333 Healthcare project experience What You'll Be Doing Support senior engineers and project managers on electrical design tasks across commercial and healthcare projects Assist with engineering calculations and system designs under the guidance of experienced team members Participate in fieldwork and site visits to build hands-on project knowledge Collaborate with the production team on drafting, modeling, and design documentation Help develop project specifications and technical documentation Attend client meetings alongside project leads to develop your client communication skills Contribute to proposal and RFQ support tasks as needed Continuously learn firm processes, design standards, and industry best practices Technical Skills Proficiency or working familiarity with the following tools is a plus: ○ Autodesk Revit ○ Bluebeam ○ Power System Study Software ○ Microsoft 365 Why You'll Love Working Here Competitive base salary with performance bonuses up to 30% Opportunity to work on meaningful projects including healthcare facilities Collaborative environment with direct interaction with firm leadership Clear career growth path to Project Manager Stable firm with strong project backlog and long-term opportunities
