Job Description

Job Summary Electrical Engineer Cincinnati, Ohio (Onsite) CEADSOL is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support advanced product development initiatives within a highly regulated engineering environment. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about PCB design, embedded systems, prototyping, and cross-functional product development. You will work closely with mechanical, firmware, and manufacturing teams to develop next-generation electronic systems from concept through production. What You'll Work On End-to-end PCBA design including ideation, schematic capture, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing support Analog and digital circuit design for embedded electrical systems PCB design and layout using Cadence and/or Altium Debugging, troubleshooting, and validation using oscilloscopes and other lab equipment Supporting design reviews, verification testing, and product reliability efforts Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams and external development/manufacturing partners What We're Looking For 5+ years of hands-on experience in a core Electrical Engineering role Strong understanding of: PCB layout and stack-up design Signal integrity Embedded hardware systems Experience with communication protocols such as: Bluetooth
SPI I2C USB UART
Experience with Cadence and/or Altium Designer Knowledge of EMC/EMI, ESD, and regulated product development standards Familiarity with
IEC 60601
series standards preferred Exposure to rigid-flex/flex PCBAs, motor integration, and DC motor control is a plus Programming exposure in C, C++, Python, or LabVIEW is advantageous Preferred Background Medical device, robotics, consumer electronics, or embedded product development experience Experience working in regulated engineering environments Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced development programs To apply, please send your resume to: careers@ceadsol.com
