4/10 Work Schedule (4 Days/Week) Key Responsibilities Lead electrical design and development for military fuzing and ordnance systems Develop and refine system and product requirements Design analog, digital, power, and sensor interface circuits Perform component selection, simulations, and tolerance analysis Develop and execute test plans and qualification testing Troubleshoot electronic hardware and conduct root cause investigations Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) Interface with customers and cross-functional engineering teams Lead technical reviews and engineering activities Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance Prepare technical reports, presentations, and design review materials Manage multiple engineering projects and priorities simultaneously Required Skills Analog circuit design Digital circuit design Power supply and converter design Sensor integration Circuit simulation and analysis Hardware testing and troubleshooting Root cause analysis Technical leadership Engineering documentation Customer-facing communication skills Project management and multitasking abilities Preferred Technical Skills Differential amplifiers Operational amplifiers (Op-Amps) Filters and signal conditioning Logic gates and timer circuits EMI/EMC mitigation ESD protection techniques Design for Manufacturability (DFM) Circuit tolerance analysis Module and subsystem design Software & Tools
