Senior Electrical Engineer HEAPY

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintains clear knowledge of HEAPY Corporate Vision, Mission, and Core Values and demonstrates awareness of how those objectives relate to all position responsibilities. Approaches all assigned tasks as an opportunity for growth and experience, modeling the way for other team members. Continually advances technical education and personal development aligned with OKRI goals. Responsible for the design engineering services following with Corporate Vision, Mission, and Core Values as well as Corporate ISO Systems View(s), and related professional standards, client requirements, and corporate objectives. Collaborates with more experienced engineering colleagues to prepare basic plan details and outlines, cost estimates, and perform calculations in support of broader engineering activities involving the design of electrical equipment, components, or systems. Lays out full plan designs, plan details and outlines, identifies quantities of materials, cost estimates, and performs calculations for a detailed segment of a project. Prepares technical specifications for review and approval. Evaluates vendors' bids and drawings to ensure compliance with specifications. Reviews and approves electrical design drawings for assigned segment of project. Assists with development of design guides, guide specifications, and design control procedures when directed by Practice Technical Leader. Prepares technical reports such as life cycle cost analysis, facility conditions assessments, and other engineering guidance for clients. Performs field tests & measurements, collects field data, as necessary. Aids and support to proposal teams or proposal managers as requested. Collaborates with and supports Design Engineers / Designer I & II colleagues on their technical development and professional growth. Collaborates with field observation colleagues to perform field observations and tests, measurements, collect field data, and prepare field reports and related documentation.
