HR Mango is recruiting for a client seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead new product development, design improvements, and cost-reduction initiatives. This role is responsible for all phases of electrical design, including concept development, prototyping, testing, documentation, and manufacturing support. https://app.hrmango.com/careers/jobDetail/10763 Key Responsibilities Lead electrical engineering projects from concept through production Design, develop, and test electrical subsystems, PCBs, and sensor-based products Create and validate prototypes against performance requirements Manage project timelines, technical risks, and deliverables Develop designs focused on safety, reliability, manufacturability, and performance Prepare engineering documentation, reports, and change notices Provide technical support to purchasing, production, service, sales, and marketing teams Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering 10+ years of experience in product development and manufacturing Experience with PCB design, schematics, BOMs, and board layouts Strong understanding of thermal management for circuit designs Hands-on experience with 3-phase equipment up to 400V Preferred Experience Power electronics, controllers, and high-voltage switch-mode power supplies Analog and digital circuit design MOSFET/IGBT-based high-voltage electronics Custom transformer and inductor design EMI, voltage transient, and susceptibility troubleshooting Lamp ballast design and UV/xenon arc lamp systems What Our Client Offers Competitive salary with bonus opportunities Relocation assistance Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits Company-funded retirement plan Generous PTO and paid holidays Collaborative, team-oriented work environment • HRmango does not discriminate in any aspect of employment based on race, color, religion, national origin, ancestry, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, age, veteran status, disability, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local employment discrimination laws where HRmango does business.
