Full Job Description Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and implement control systems and strategies for industrial processes, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Conduct detailed analysis of complex systems, identifying areas for improvement and proposing innovative solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute control system projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget constraints. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to ensure proper functionality and integration of control systems. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying them to enhance control system designs and methodologies. Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide customized control system solutions. Generate design approval and fabrication level drawings using AutoCad. Create Bill Of Materials and coordinate with Purchasing department for procurement of materials. Perform in-house and field commissioning as well as customer training of control systems. Client communication regarding product design and schedule. Provide technical support to the sales staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in control system design and implementation within an industrial setting. Strong knowledge of control theory, system dynamics, and feedback control principles. Proven ability to lead projects, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients. Prefer experience with Allen-Bradley PLC's and HMI's. Familiarity with or willingness to learn other manufacturers PLC's. AutoCad experience for panel layout and schematics. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Strong organizational skills, positive attitude, analytical, and ability to learn quickly. #OKC123
