Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) Tulsa, OK | Full-Time |

$170k-$190k+ DOE O v erview We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer (PE) to lead the design and execution of medium and low-voltage power distribution systems for industrial EPC projects. This role serves as the Electrical Engineer of Record and provides technical leadership throughout the design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. The ideal candidate will bring strong industrial power distribution experience, and a background supporting oil & gas, chemical processing. Responsibilities Serve as Electrical Engineer of Record (PE) for industrial facility projects.

Lead the design, review, and approval of medium and low-voltage electrical systems.

Prepare and review electrical studies, calculations, specifications, and design documents.

Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineering teams.

Collaborate with clients, contractors, vendors, and multidisciplinary project teams.

Support project proposals, planning, budgeting, and execution.

Manage project deliverables, schedules, and quality standards.

Conduct site visits and provide construction support as needed.

Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements. Qualifications Required Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering Professional Engineer (PE) License 10+ years of industrial electrical engineering experience Strong knowledge of medium and low-voltage power distribution systems Experience with three-phase motor control systems, MCCs, and VFDs Ability to independently manage multiple projects and clients Preferred SKM or ETAP modeling experience Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, Refining, or Industrial Manufacturing experience Multiple state PE licenses Utility coordination and power company negotiation experience What We're Looking For Strong leadership and mentoring skillsExcellent communication and client-facing abilitiesSelf-motivated professional capable of working with minimal supervisionProven project management and organizational skillsCommitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Travel & Work Environment 10-20% travelIndustrial site visits including refineries, chemical plants, manufacturing facilities, pipelines, and gas processing plantsAbility to walk industrial sites, climb stairs/ladders, and work in active industrial environments If you're a licensed PE looking to lead challenging industrial projects while mentoring the next generation of engineers, we'd like to hear from you.
