Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) is one of four Lockheed Martin business areas. Missiles and Fire Control in Archbald, PA has an opening for a Test Engineer with Automated Test Equipment design experience. Our team is responsible for designing, integrating, and ensuring the seamless operation of test systems, and you will play a key role in providing technical support, test equipment improvements, and troubleshooting expertise. What You Will Be Doing As the ATE Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing test consoles, interface test adapters (ITAs), test cables, and test fixtures. You will be architecting software and writing source code. You will be hands-on integrating the test system hardware, software, and device under test (DUT), then performing verification and validation of the test system. You will work with a range of technologies, including TestStand®, LabVIEW®, and programming tools to control signal generation and measurement tools, conduct Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), and functional testing. Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related STEM degree and 3+ years of equivalent professional experience.
  • Experience designing or supporting Automated Test Equipment (ATE) hardware
  • Experience writing or supporting Automated Test Equipment (ATE) software
  • Ability to obtain a
Secret Clearance Desired Skills:
  • Proficient with National Instruments LabVIEW and TestStand
  • Experience with Verification and Validation of test equipment.
  • Active Secret Clearance.

Work Schedules:
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed.
