The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and a proven track record of supervising complex projects. As a key leader, you will oversee the maintenance of facilities and equipment, ensuring optimal performance, safety, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires excellent leadership skills, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively. Responsibilities Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance teams to ensure efficient operation of all plant systems. Oversee facilities management, including HVAC, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), and mechanical equipment. Develop and implement maintenance management strategies utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Supervise the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of industrial equipment. Interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to diagnose issues accurately. Manage projects related to equipment upgrades, facility improvements, and safety enhancements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for electrical (including high voltage) and mechanical systems. Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and other diagnostic instruments for troubleshooting electrical circuits. Monitor equipment performance metrics to optimize productivity and minimize downtime. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan maintenance schedules that align with production needs. Provide leadership in training staff on new technologies, safety procedures, and best practices in industrial maintenance. Requirements Proven management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting with supervisory responsibilities. Extensive knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical systems (high voltage & low voltage), and mechanical systems. Strong background in facilities management including HVAC systems. Experience with CMMS software for maintenance planning and tracking. Demonstrated expertise in industrial maintenance, electrical troubleshooting (including ohmmeters), and mechanical repair techniques. Project management skills to oversee large-scale upgrades or installations effectively. Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination. Supervising experience with the ability to lead diverse teams toward operational excellence. Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements. Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience is essential for diagnosing complex issues efficiently. Leadership qualities that foster teamwork, continuous improvement, and innovation within the engineering department.
