Job Description

Associate Electrical Engineer| $160k-$190k + Excellent Package Mission-Critical, Datacenter, Healthcare & Federal Projects Sterling, VA | Flexible Hybrid A leading employee-owned engineering and construction firm is seeking an Associate Electrical Enginee r to provide senior technical leadership across complex, high-impact projects in the datacenter, healthcare, mission-critical, and federal markets. This is a key leadership role for a seasoned engineer who wants influence — over design quality, technical standards, team development, and project success — while remaining engaged in technically challenging work. The role offers a clearly defined career path and would be ideal for an existing Senior or Lead Electrical Engineer looking to step into an Associate-level position, or an established Associate seeking a pathway toward Principal-level leadership.
