  • Leading electrical design for tenant fit‑out projects and contributing to base building and infrastructure upgrades
  • Developing design criteria and preparing basis‑of‑design documentation
  • Producing complete electrical contract documents including layouts for equipment rooms, shafts, closets, and risers
  • Designing ancillary systems such as UPS, generators, fuel systems, secondary pumps, and water reclamation components
  • Reviewing shop drawings, supporting RFIs and change orders, and conducting site visits and punch list reviews
