- Leading electrical design for tenant fit‑out projects and contributing to base building and infrastructure upgrades
- Developing design criteria and preparing basis‑of‑design documentation
- Producing complete electrical contract documents including layouts for equipment rooms, shafts, closets, and risers
- Designing ancillary systems such as UPS, generators, fuel systems, secondary pumps, and water reclamation components
- Reviewing shop drawings, supporting RFIs and change orders, and conducting site visits and punch list reviews
