Responsibilities + Interact effectively with clients and other disciplines. + Utilize AutoCAD and learn Revit for project designs. + Design and manage electrical engineering aspects for commercial, industrial, and educational projects. + Ensure compliance with building codes, NEC, and CA Title 24 requirements. + Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and Revit. + Excellent communication skills. + 5+ years of experience as a Project Designer in Electrical Engineering for building power and lighting systems. + Working knowledge of building codes, NEC, and CA Title 24 requirements. + Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering. + EIT or PE License, or demonstrated progress toward these goals. + LEED AP or other relevant certifications. + 5-10 years of experience as a Project Designer in Electrical Engineering. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sacramento, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr.
