This role offers strong technical exposure, career growth, and a collaborative team environment with a flexible hybrid schedule, including half-day remote Fridays year-round. Key Responsibilities Develop electrical system designs, layouts, and engineering calculations Coordinate with architectural and multidisciplinary engineering teams Support and oversee CAD/BIM staff as needed Assist with construction cost estimating and ROM evaluations Prepare engineering proposals and technical documentation Participate in industry organizations and technical presentations Support project team coordination and employee development efforts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering from an accredited institution 1.5+ to 7+ years of MEP consulting experience EIT required; PE preferred (or equivalent certification such as CPD, CEM, NICET, etc.) Experience with critical facilities projects preferred Strong understanding of system selection, building design coordination, and applicable codes Familiarity with LEED principles and sustainable design practices Proficiency with industry-standard design and calculation software Ability to review drawings, floor plans, sections, and elevations while visualizing three-dimensional building systems Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Benefits & Perks Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance plans 401(k) with employer match Professional development and training opportunities Professional development incentive bonuses Employee Resource Groups and collaborative culture Competitive PTO package Transit and parking stipend Hybrid schedule with half-day work-from-home Fridays Clear opportunities for career advancement and long-term growth
