Electrical Engineer (3-8 Years Experience)
- Orlando, FL A growing, multi‑office engineering design firm is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join their Orlando team. With projects spanning multiple states and a strong reputation for collaboration, quality, and long-term client partnerships, this firm offers a great environment for early‑ to mid‑career engineers looking to advance their skills and grow into senior roles. What You'll Do
- Design electrical systems for a variety of building types, including commercial, institutional, and healthcare projects
- Work closely with mechanical, structural, and architectural teams to coordinate designs
- Attend internal team meetings and client discussions as needed
- Develop construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit
- Assist with load calculations, power distribution design, lighting layouts, and low‑voltage systems
- Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance processes What They're Looking For
- 3-8 years of experience in electrical building systems design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Understanding of NEC and relevant electrical codes
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
- Steady work history and interest in long‑term professional growth
- PE license preferred (or actively working toward licensure)
