Full-Time Overview A leading multidisciplinary engineering firm is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join its growing healthcare team in Jacksonville, FL. This hybrid role requires two days per week in the office . This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on impactful projects while benefiting from strong mentorship, structured career development, and a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Design and deliver electrical systems for healthcare and related projects of varying size and complexity Work independently on smaller projects and support senior engineers on larger, more complex designs Participate in projects from concept through construction completion Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and efficient designs Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work Communicate clearly with internal teams and project stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering Minimum of 3+ years of experience in an A/E consulting environment Practical experience with Revit Strong project design, time management, and technical communication skills Preferred Qualifications Professional Engineer (PE) license, or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) working toward licensure Why Apply?
