The role is heavily focused on the technical and production side of electrical design, with the chance to work closely alongside a collaborative project team across multiple disciplines. They are looking for someone who enjoys being close to the design work, coordinating internally, producing high-quality deliverables, and continuing to build technical depth within electrical engineering. What you'll be doing: Support electrical design and production for healthcare, mission-critical and data center projects Coordinate with mechanical, plumbing, structural, and architectural disciplines throughout project delivery Prepare construction documents, calculations, specifications, and design deliverables Assist with power distribution, lighting, equipment coordination, and other core electrical design components Work closely with senior engineers and project leadership while taking increasing ownership of project work Help maintain design quality, accuracy, and consistency across deliverables What they're looking for: 3-7+ years of electrical design experience within an MEP consulting engineering environment Mission-critical, data center, healthcare, industrial, or other complex project experience is highly preferred Strong Revit and AutoCAD experience FE and EIT preferred; PE licensure is a plus but not required Someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, and interested in growing within a technical design-focused role Why this opportunity stands out: Exposure to high-profile, technically challenging mission critical and healthcare projects Hybrid schedule with three days in-office in downtown Bay Area Clear runway to build technical expertise, pursue licensure, and grow into larger project responsibility over time Collaborative team environment with the resources and project scale of a well-established engineering platform If you have a background in electrical MEP design and want to hear more about the team, project work, and growth path, reach out to me directly at
