Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day activities of electrical engineering staff. Mentor team members in technical skills and support their professional development. Serve as a high level resource for complex electrical design and problem solving. Manage projects of varying size and complexity from concept through construction completion. Coordinate closely with in-house multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment. Interface directly with clients to understand needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction. Deliver high-quality technical solutions that meet codes, standards, and client expectations. Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes. Provide leadership in project execution, guiding teams through all phases of design and construction. Ensure overall project success through effective communication, organization, and technical excellence. Essential Skills Proficiency in electrical design and engineering. Strong project management skills. Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
