Salary Range:
- $118,499 to $155,400
- _•This position is eligible for the annual performance bonus plan.

- With an in-house team of electrical engineers, designers, VDC coordinators and CAD operators, our resources rival those of standalone engineering firms. As a part of this department, you can expect to work closely with our project management and field installation teams to streamline the construction process.
ABOUT THE ROLE
- Engineer Level 4: A fully competent engineer in the subject matter or the functional areas of the assignments.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- + May supervise other Engineers, Designers or CAD/VDC modelers on assigned work.
Essential Job Functions:
- + Perform design tasks assigned by Lead or Supervising Engineers; report weekly progress and provide estimates for task completion.
Other Responsibilities:
- + Implement the Engineering department's Design and CAD workflows among the team.

- Having wide-ranging experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Some barriers to entry exist at this level (e.g., dept/peer review).
Job Complexity:
- Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise.
Supervision:
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel (Team Lead).
ABOUT YOU
- + Basic Microsoft Office applications, Auto
CAD - MEP/REVIT, ETAP/SKM
+ Good time-management, communication, and people skillsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- _Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying._
Education:
- Electrical Engineering or similar Bachelor of Science degree.
Licensure/Certifications:
- Professional Engineer's license State of California
Experience:
- 3-5 years working for an electrical design firm or design-build electrical contractor. \#LI-SA1
