Electrical Service Manager

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Electrical Service Manager to lead our electrical operations and project teams. This pivotal role involves overseeing electrical service projects from inception to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency at every stage. As an energetic leader, you will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional electrical solutions that meet project specifications and industry standards. Your expertise in electrical engineering, construction management, and project scheduling will drive success and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical service projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards Coordinate project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation using tools like Primavera P6 and Construction estimating software Oversee the review of blueprints, schematics, system design documents, and contracts to ensure compliance with NEC (National Electrical Code) and safety regulations Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed construction estimates and bids utilizing HeavyBid and other estimating tools Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to construction site safety protocols and electrical engineering best practices Manage project documentation including change orders, progress reports, and inspection records using Bluebeam or similar digital platforms Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to facilitate smooth project execution and resolve issues proactively Requirements Proven experience in electrical engineering, construction management, or related field with a focus on electrical systems Extensive construction site experience with a solid understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, system design, and electrical codes (NEC) Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, Primavera (P6), HeavyBid, ProCore, and Bluebeam Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and contract management Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in complex projects while managing time effectively Familiarity with construction scheduling techniques and project coordination strategies Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across all levels of project stakeholders Relevant certifications or licenses in electrical engineering or construction management are highly desirable Join us as an Electrical Service Manager to lead innovative projects that power communities while advancing your career in a vibrant environment committed to excellence!
